Registration

To register as a pantry client, simply bring a photo ID and a piece of mail less than two weeks old. No one is ever turned away, but those who reside outside Freeport will be given the location of a pantry closer to their home.

House Guidelines

You may visit the pantry twice each calendar month.

The pantry is open every Tuesday from 3pm to 5pm. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before we open, and please enter from the E Washington side of the building—the side that shows our logo on the building.

Due to some unfortunate attempts to scam the pantry, we will need you to bring ID and a recent piece of mail (less than two weeks old) each time you come to the pantry. You will NOT need to re-register.

Please bring your own containers.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Only service animals are allowed—No pets.

Please respect other pantry clients and avoid running, shouting, profanity or other disorderly behavior.

No one under the influence will be allowed to shop.

We cannot offer food delivery. Clients must report to the pantry to receive food.

Sorry, but we will not honor proxies.

A couple who lives together counts as a single household, not as two separate families. This applies whether you are married or not.

If you need prayer or a listening ear, please let us know and we’ll be glad to help!
